I'm Lolo and I create 3D Stuff for VRChat but you also might have seen some of it in the FFXIV modding Community! ♥I started making models with Assets I found on the Internet in 2017 and now I mainly make scratch Assets like whole Outfits, Accessories, Hair and Shoes.If you are interested in getting a Commission just hit the Commission Button for Info and if you want to visit my Shop hit the Payhip Icon below. ♥

- Because of VATPricing:
• Private Commercial use is 2x the price
• Open Commercial use is 1.5x the Price
• Pricing can vary from 10€-1000€+ depending on the complexity, time and efford, everything regarding this will be discussed via dm.
• You will also pay a Deposit which is out of safety reasons. The Deposit depends on the starting Price of the Commission and will be half of it. The Deposit will be subtracted from the final Price.What is Private/Open Commercial Use?
Private Commercial Use:
You have the Asset all to yourself I can not resell it, but use it for advertising purposes like taking a Picture of it and post the Picture of the Asset on my Story/Discord/Portfolio.Open Commercial Use:
I can sell it 1 month after you used and published it on a Avatar. If there is still no Avatar after 3-5 Months I will put the Asset up on my Shop, to prevent getting scammed by using this Option.
Example:
Natalia wants to get a cropped Shirt commissioned from me with the word "honey" on it.
She wants it to be made on her sculpt of a Base and weightpainted onto it.
She also wants it to be open Commercial use.
basic shirt, easily done, easy and simple texture + rigging and weightpaint
basic shirt with simple texture = 10€
rigging and weightpainting = 5€
base price 15 € (private use)
15€ x 1.5 = 22.50€
Deposit = 11.25€
Payment after finishing = 11.25€Two weeks later Natalia publishes her Model with the Shirt on it.
A Month after she published her Model I publish and sell the Asset on my Store.

These ToS are specifically for my Commissions only.Payment
• You need to pay a Deposit before I start your Commission.
• Payment via Payhip.
• Additional Fees may be charged when it comes to excessive or major revisions.
• Pricing always variates depending on complexity, time and efford.Process and Work Schedule
• I will be sending Pictures / Videos throughout the Process.
• I will not accept a rush fee and I also don't rush my Commissions.
• I will tell you how long +/- it will take me to finish your Commission.
• Understand that the more you add to your Commission the longer it takes.
• Please understand that this is not my main income, therefore I don't have all the time of the world for the Commission and real life can always come between, but I will inform you immediatly if there might be any delay.Revisions
• Let me know about issues in a timely manner, not 1-2 Months after the Commission is done.
• Minor inconveniences like clipping because you use a different Base than you chose for the Asset to be made on will be charged with an additional fee.
• Revisions are allowed during the commission process and 1 week after the commission is done.Copyright and Usage Policy
• I will refuse any work of a copyrighted Outfit if you do not own the copyrighted work. (Adoptables etc.)
• By Commissioning me you automatically agree that you have the rights for the Design you want me to use as refrence / create it in 3D.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
• The final product is allowed to be use commercially if agreed upon.
• Credit is still required when using the work in any form of commercially. My discord tag (Lolo#5454), and my shop link (payhip.com/LoloVRChat).
• You may NOT claim the commission as your work.Cancellations and Refunds
• Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
• You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.Options:
Private Use:
• You can not use the Asset/s on a Avatar for Sale, Free or Public.
• You can only use it for yourself on your private Avatars.
Private Commercial Use:
• You pay 2x the Price.
• You can use it commercially, privately and on free/public Models.
Open Commercial Use:
• You pay 1.5x the Price.
• You can use it commercially and privately, but after you published a Avatar with the Asset/s I can publish and sell the Asset/s on my Store after 1 Month of your Avatar being published.
• If you won't make use of the Asset in 3-5 Months after me finishing your Commission I will publish and sell it after those 3-5 Months. This is out of safety reasons.
